Does anyone know how to make movie files play sequentially, so the movie plays start to finish?
if you play them under the music category, they will play in alphabetical order, but there will be a little lag when the files change. if would be best to join them into one file.

Welcome to the forums.
Do you mean play them as a list? You can turn on Options and play all files in any folder, in alphabetical order. Or you can create a playlist (like with freeware Playlist Creator) and just play the playlist as one file and it will play all files in that playlist, in the order you specify.

Are you talking about one movie which is split into separate parts? More info required.
