Does anyone know how to access the log files for MyCloud device

Hi all,

Does anyone know how to access the log files for MyCloud device. I want to determine if a particular file I shared over an email link has been downloaded or accessed.

Hi JamesHK, you can check page 49 of the manual for the steps to create the log files. But you wont be able to see the information you are looking for.
