I have a replacement MyCloud Home Duo and want to access Plex app. The “DO MORE Menu” has orange circle and each time I go into it it says “server error try later”. Through WD Discovery “Apps” says “WD Discovery will be back shortly” Check back later. I have tried for 3 days and all logged in and can access the drive but not the plex app to setup this drive - any help would be appreciated. Thanks

3 days, right? All we are the same. But WD team support maybe have not finished their weekend holiday yet
I am also getting the “WD Discovery will be back shortly. Check back later” error when trying to access Apps. At this point I am more stressed on the “Shared”. All our shared files are in there and we cannot access them. I’ve had it for 2 days, maybe 3. Waiting on a reply from WD

“Upcoming My Cloud™ Home firmware update”. Hope work be quicker.
WD have confirmed there is a problem and working on it. Would be good if it was sorted soon!
