Do I need a Static IP address to access EX2 Ultra from outside the home?

As the subject says - do I need a static IP address at home in order to access the EX2 Ultra when I am not connected to my home network?

That’s too general a question. Access it HOW??

Access any way you can when your not on your network.

So, say the EX2 is set up in my home in the U.S.
I am not traveling either in U.S. or another country, I am not connected to my home network.
In order to access the EX2, either from a laptop or through a mobile app, do I need my home network to be on a Static IP address?
