DLINK DWA-160 WLAN with ralink chipset not working?

Hello

After doing some research I found that a DLINK DWA-160 WLAN USB adapter should work if it has the ralink chipset in it. So I got one of thoose bot no luck at all. I don’t get to choose between wireless and wired network setup in the network setup on the wdtv live. I’m running the newest limited public beta from a couple of days ago.

I confirmed on my computer that the DWA-160 is working and that it has the ralink chipset.

Any advice?

Go through all 3 items in part 1G of the FAQ. (resets and unplug)

After this the adaptor may be recognised if it is indeed supported.

Nope didn’t work.

After some research i found that this is not ralink based but atheros based. :frowning:
