DL4100 rebuild raid5

Hello,
I have dl4100 with 4x6tb, recently i bought two more disk with disk rotation(equal working hours per disk) in mind.
I replaced disk 1 with disk 5 (unformatted) and RAID is rebuilding normally.

Do i have to clean disk that already has been in the RAID for rebuild process?

My idea is this.

5 2 3 4
5 6 3 4
5 6 1 4
5 6 1 2
etc…

I would defiantly do diskpart clean to remove the old raid config
