Dl4100 not upgrading to WDMyCloudDL4100_5.11.112_prod.bin

hi,
After reading a lot of conversations about not upgrading automatic it was my time to upgrade.
The system is al ready running at vs 2.41.116 so better than needed.
But.
After manually downloading the suggested WDMyCloudDL4100_5.11.112_prod.bin it stops at the next step: upgrading 0%.
Tried this serveral times but no effect. Also not after 12 hours.
I can acces the volumes aswell as the dashboard.

What to do next?

The answer itself was not usefull.
But:
There was a v2.41.121 available. on the dashboard.
After installing I could not just download the v5.11.112, it upgaded itself ! And rebooted.
After that it upgaded automaticaly to v5.18.117.
So end of problem.

The problem is solved.

The system found the regular download 2.41.121.

After doing that I gave it another attempt to manually download WDMyCloudDL4100_5.11.112_prod.bin .

After downloading it started upgrading itself. And after that it was running on v5.11.112.

It is now stil indexing (55%) after 24hours. As predicted.

The problem was that I could download v5.11.112_prod.bin . But after that there was no automatic upgrading afterwards. And after v2.41.121 it did.
