DL4100 doesn't start after upgrade to My Cloud OS 5

Hi, I have upgraded my DL4100 to My Cloud OS 5. After the upgrade, the storage doesn’t start. The display lights but there is no message, the blue led blinks slowly, the disks light steady blue. I have tried to wait for 20 hours but nothing changed. I have tried to power it off and on again but the situation is still the same. I can’t access it over neither the network nor SSH. Can you help me please?

Please be informed that it may take from a few hours up to a few days or more to complete Indexing depending on the size and type of your content. Rebooting the My Cloud will resume the indexing process.
