DL4100: Cannot create a share on Volume_2 in Raid 1 mode

My Cloud OS 3 Personal & Network Attached Storage My Cloud DL Series

Firmware Version 2.11.140 does not let me create a share on Volume_2 in Raid 1 mode. All new shares are created on Volume_1.

Configuration: Volume_1: Disks 1 & 2
Volume_2: Disks 3 & 4

All 4 disks are good. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? If so, is there a solution? Thank you.

Hello,

When you are creating the shares, make sure to check if you have a drop down to select the different volumes.

Also, you can try a system only restore to see if the information gets updated.
