Is there a setting to have a either; back up to USB or internal back up continuously like with the Smartware software backing up from a Desktop to the NAS?

I am a bit confused with regards to this question. You can use WD SmartWare to keep continuous backups of a desktop system and store them into a WD My Cloud DL4100.

I would like to continously back up one folder specifically, mycloud dl4100 to a USB or internally.
