DL2100 Drive failure notice unable to rebuild array

Hi all,

This past weekend I awoke to an email saying that both drives in my DL2100 had failed and the RAID 1 volume had degraded.

I ran both the quick and full disk test on the drives and volumes and no errors were noted after a reboot. However, now I am unable to reinitialize the RAID array, nor use the FTP to access the files.

I can access the files as a mapped network drive on my LAN, but i still am getting two red LEDs on the device.

Any idea on how I can reset this without losing all my data? (This is our media staging server for my media company)
