Distant streaming music doesn't work from a PC

hello,

I’m a new purchaser of a 3to wdmycloud disk drive.

Streaming music with my android mobile is ok when I’m far for my home, but streaming with my PC is impossible : when I select an audio file, the wdmycloud software loads entirely the file before playing it. It takes several minutes and the software can’t automatically read the next song.

Have you the same problem ?

Can you help me ?

Welcome to the community zalex. If you are accessing the My Cloud remotely from your PC you need to download the files before you can use them.
