Disk turn off after 5-10 seconds

Hi
I’m having trouble with WD20NMVW.
I can read data only the first 5-10 seconds.
After that, it hangs.

I have to unplug it and plug it again to access data, but only for 5-10 seconds more.

Can someone help me ?
It uses to work perfectly for years.

It looks like bad head or bad sector. Check it on software like Victoria or check HDD SMART
