Disk Recovery Situation

Hi I have a dead hard drive, and i need the data off of it.

Here is the story…

i bought a G-Technology 4TB G-DRIVE Thunderbolt USB 3.0 Hard Drive

It stoped working randomly. I would turn the unit on and no fan, no power up… nothing…

So i opened it up. Inside was a
HGST Ultrastar 7K6000 4 TB Internal HD ‑ SATA ‑ 4" ‑ 7,200

I bought the OWC Drive Dock.

Now when i try to mount that the following happens.

No spinning, no fan noise… and then this appears on the screen:

“The Disk you inserted was not readable by this computer”

When i go to disk utility I don’t see my mounted drive… only a config media listed under external. with a capacity of only 104.9 MB

First Aid Passes, but doesn’t do anything.
I can’t mount, or anything.

I’ve downloaded Disk Warrior and other disk restore programs… all with 0 success.

What is my next step?

Here is my Mac:
iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015)
4 GHz Intel Core i7
32 GB 1867 MHz DDR3
AMD Radeon R9 M395X 4096 MB

It won’t work separately because the drive was part of a RAID. RAID requires both drives to be present to preserve the content. Now that one drive has failed it is no longer going to be accessible. Out of the box the G-RAID is RAID0 which means it requires both drives.
