Recently i have removed the external Hard disk while coping unknowingly. The disk is almost full of many files. After that, I am not able to open the hard disk via computer or any other devices. The LED keeps on for some time and then it starts blinking. But will not show the files in computer or any device. I less care about the data in the disk, is there any way to format the disk and make it usable again? I am using Ubuntu 16.04 and if you could suggest some way to do using this OS it will be great, I tried some commands on ubuntu to read the disk, but not success.
