Disk not initialized - Issue with WD MyPassport

Hi there,

I been having a frustating expereience with my WD Passport, As you seen in below image. my disk mgmnt is showing not initialized, 

Trying to take some help at  SevenForums, folks are really help ful. Would appreciate if anyone could help me here

Is your WD Passport password-protected? If so, the disk will not mount and remain displayed as “not initialized” until the device is unlocked with the password.
