Disk Mounting

Hi all,

I lost my access to MyCloud data. The bigger issue is that the disk capacity in the dashboard shows zeros:

When I try to upgrade firmware or OS3 to OS5, still have an issue, since the dashboard feels that the disk has no capacity

System Diagnostics (From Utilities) → Disk Test fails

I tried SSH and made checked on the disk mount, and it seems that it is not mounted. Also, it seems that it has errors.

How to restore the data and restore access to mycloud storage?

Try performing a system only reset/restore.
My Cloud Dashboard > Settings > Utilities > System Factory Restore > System Only restore

One can manually install the OS5 firmware by downloading the correct OS5 firmware file for their device from the My Cloud Support link at the top of the page. See the following WD Knowledge Base Articles on how to manually update from OS3 to OS5.
