I started using WD backup but my 2 TB external drive filled up in a few weeks. How do i ask for only incremental backups and how do i clear the drive enough to allow it’s use again?

What’s the size of the drive on your computer?
Make sure that you don’t have another backup software running since the WD Backup is an schedule incremental backup.
Found the function within WD Backup to make space but after more than 90 minutes it is “still clearing past backup.” Software is screwy.

When my Passport Ultra 1tb kept filling I reduced the number of backup copies. However I have an additional folder “filehistory” where I found multiple backups ie over 10 each especially of Outlook files that seemed to be the source of the problem. How do I prevent this from hapenning?
