Does anyone have a disk image for the 2TB Gen2 My Cloud? It would be most appreciated.

What is wrong with your My Cloud and what exactly do you need? What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far, if something is wrong or not working?

A firmware update failed and now it is in safe mode. /cgi-bin/system-mgr.cgi is resulting in a 404 error.
