So we a have problem with our EX2, red light has come on and it appears the drives is full (only 28kb left), although I can see the drive on the network I can’t access the files to free up more space, i can also access the drive via the web browser with the IP.
However as it stands i can’t access the files on it, just times out trying to browse.

To quickly and accurately resolve the Blinking Red or Solid Red LED alert, please follow the sections and steps listed below.
Dashboard Alerts and Reboot Required
- Log into the Dashboard of the My Cloud to check and verify the Alerts.

- To clear Alerts, please refer to Answer ID 13767: Clearing My Cloud Alerts
- Reboot the My Cloud if required

Try to delete something via explorer. (or in mobile app) It`s a BIG problem with MyClouds when free space gone… Find the way clear space…
