Disk error what does it mean?

Hello,

i had soem problem with my pc it dont want to start up sometimes so i did a Data lifeguard diagnostic for windows test and got this error below, dose any one know what it means? also it ask me if i wanted to repair it and it say that i will lose data where it repair. as i am newbie with this things so i wonder if the error mean something more?
