Discontent with my Cloud Home

Good Morning,

I am a user of the previous My Cloud and now, by mistake when buying, user of My Cloud Home.

My Cloud Home does not seem like a bad product, but of course we have lost many capacities with respect to the My Cloud Classic. Failing to manage users and permits is simply a bad decision. Not being able to copy folders between users or share with permissions as well.

I want My Cloud Home to have the capabilities of my previous My Cloud.

Same here… I bought one thinking it was the logical replacement for my MyCloud device, which I use as a NAS between several computers, easily and without software downloads or configuration. I’m going to use it, as a 6TB bucket for a pair of backups for a couple of useful NAS drives. Copy onto drive, forget. Next purchase I will need to research better…
