Disconnect while transferring files

Hi,

If I’m downloading files from the Internet to my MyCloud EX2 directly, at a random moment, it will disconnect. It does the same thing if I’m transferring files from my PC to my MyCloud EX2. So each time my NAS get disconnected, I have to reboot it to make it work again. It’s not very convenient.

I have a static IP for my PC and my NAS. Also, my router is a Netgear R6300v2 (10/100/1000, gigabit ethernet). The files are most likely video files (1Go to 4 Go).

Anyone have an idea what is the problem?

Hello,

Check if you have a firewall blocking the connection on the router.
