Disappeared from Network

My unit was working perfectly well for the last 6 months. Yesterday I turned on the computer and the network didn’t show the Home Cloud. I have gone through all the support solutions on the WD website as well as googling all different sorts of things that could have happened. It shows up in Windows Certifications but when I try to access it I just get a blank. Using this for work I am now at a loss as what to do and have tried to contact Support but that just brings up a ‘Sorry for the inconvenience’ page that says the email isn’t working. Almost at the end of my tether with this - could someone please help me?
