WD keep mentioning enabling to disable transcoding in a future release but WHAT ABOUT ENABLING TO DISABLE THE THUMBNAILS???
I dont know why WD keep ignoring this simple request which would remove an enormous source of grief.

Completely agree. After 2 weeks from OS5 upgrade I’m still below 50% indexing and over 400Gb seems to be taken by the thumbnails and index.
Dissabling cloud access is not an option but I don’t need thumbnails at all. Text indexing is more than enough for most uses.
