Dear all,

I’ve just read, in my WD SharedSpace manual (http://products.wdc.com/library/UM/ENG/4779-705006.pdf):
" The device powers on automatically upon initial connection to power […]"

Is it possible to disable the auto power on feature?

After connecting WD Share-space drive with LAN, it may start the Auto Backup process. You can disable the Auto Backup process in order to disable the backup data power ON feature.
