Hi there. I was just wondering under what directory do you put files as when I first transferred files the only place it would allow me to put them was in the “Sample Media” directory. At this stage I hadn’t hooked it up to the TV just the computer.
You can put them anywhere. Just don’t put them in the hidden folders (the ones with a “.” in the front of the name)
Was your computer giving you some kind of error when you tried other locations?
It just wanted to put it in the Sample directory, but it also appears that I should have done a setup with the TV because now I can put the files under the root directory. Thank you for your response.
