Directory on my MyBookLive is not accessible

I have a directory on my MyBookLive that has become not accessible. The only information given is “An unexpected network error occurred” All other directories are fine on this drive seem fine. I also have a WDMyClould which I backup my MyBookLive to. The backup of the directory in question on the WDMyClould seems to be fine. However I’m not sure how to fix this network error before I restore the directory.

Any help would be great.

Are the other directories inside the same share? is it a public or private share?

It’s part of the Public Share and I can access all other directories.
