Different versions WD Elements 4tb (0a-0b)

Hi,
what differences there are between these 2 versions:

WDBU6Y0040BBK-0A
WDBU6Y0040BBK–0B

I have always used the 0A but the 0b has just arrived today, noting mostly that the box and the quality is much worse against the 0A

Even the front light of Hard Disk is much weaker

is it a new model just arrived?
it is safe to entrust the data to this model 0b, it does not convince me so much
