Different size after copying from external HDD

Hi,

I am trying to copy my WD Passport to My cloud home duo.

It is finished copying now, I compared the sizes for one of the folders, and they don’t match.

It is similar for other folders also.

What could be the problem?

here is the other folder. the difference is huge.

It is clearly not copying properly
