Different models of 2TB Caviar Black drive

I’ve been buying WD external drives for the last couple of years, now need to replace an internal drive, looking at WD especially now that the other manufacturer is only offering a one year warranty. Been researching the 2TB Caviar black drive, have found two product numbers that are both advertised as as 2TB Caviar Black:

WD2002FAEX

WDBMBE0020HNC-NRSN

Can someone tell me the difference between the two drives?

Or is this one description a little creative marketing on behalf of the seller?

Performance is not an issue for me, dependability and the warranty are.

I think that the longer part is a retail Box.  The shorter number is the drive itself, unboxed, usually shipped “bare.”
