For the WD RE 4TB Enterprise Hard Drive, who can explain the differences between B0 and B2 in the drive type numbers WD4000FYYZ-01UL1B2 and WD4000FYYZ-01UL1B0?

Those drives are the same. The numbers after the “-” are for WD internal use.

As Hamlet replied is for internal use.
Although it is common on HDD vendors to mark different manufacturing batches or firmware revisions.
