Just bought Wd my cloud and supposingly it should auto upgrade smartware to smartware pro automatically as stated in the manual. However nothing happen and I did not receive any activation code either. What should i do?? Please help…
been a long time but as I recall there is not upgrade code. Install smartware on the PC, connect it to the mycloud then there should be an upgrade option somewhere
