Did my First RMA and OMG.Your kidding ?Nope!

Been a loyal WD Beta Tester/Customer Since 2002. Out of all the drives I purchased the one I got off Amazon fell out of warranty, 30days.SO I submit my FIRST RMA!! Nightmare… I been called a lot of names in my life but thief is the first. I sent original Box, packagaing etc… Even Paid for shipping… Only to be told the drive inside doesnt match something or whatever. My complaint was device wouldnt power up…After Producing my Proof of purchase, I got an email that said, show this to amazon and get a replacement… Really? Why even approve the RMA and make me spend 10 bucks on top of the 120.00 I already spent… The fact WD thinks I would waste my time sending in a stolen drive or watever there calling it is bullcrap…

Icing on the cake, they wont even send me my broke unit back…
