I recently bought a new computer. I installed My Book on it. I downloaded a test file and it worked fine. I went back later to try to download a photo, but I couldn’t find where the link to do the backup like I had done before. So I thought I would re-install My Book. I don’t remember exactly, but I think I remember seeing something about overwriting if I did that. I thought that meant that it would just install the program and then reinstall. However, when I went to restore a picture (for a trial), it said there were no files to restore. Does this mean I erased all the backup on My Book?!
Can you navigate to the drive in explorer? Do you see the backup there?
