I am really interested in this one!
I did a quick search through some pages and I was not able to find a review of the unit besides what is available through the WD Support site.

which points out alarmingly slow wireless transfer speeds. I wonder if an update will address that?

how about noise? what is the fan size? noisy?
I have the DL model, and fan is super quiet.

I have the EX model and the fan is dead silent. No noise at all!
The fan is 70mm square and 25mm thick. It has PWM control and it runs very slowly during normal operation (approx. 900 RPM).
