I downloaded Diag504fCD.iso, the boot tool for defragmenting WD HDD’s and whatnot. It can also zero fill HDD. That’s great, but I would like to know if it formats the MBR/boot sector of HDD too? Can this utility do a low level format? Is there aAny tutorial on how to do this properly? Thank you!
