Devices in constant STANDBY

I have had several issues with my device the last few days – nothing seems to work like it did before.

I tried to press the RESET-button on the back and now the device has a constantly flashing BLUE POWER INDICATOR LED. The HD lights are solid blue. I cannot log into DASHBOARD, nor into mycloud.com

Are you getting an error when you try to access the dashboard? I would also like to know for how long you pressed the button to reset the device.

I am not getting an error when I try to access dashboard. It simply not
load.

I pressed the reset button for 40-45 seconds.

ok, try to do a normal reboot to see if this helps, this is not normal behavior from this device.

Thanks. I have done a normal reboot over 20 times…
