How to reset the device security password if factory reset does not work? fw 1.09.10

The network password?

The parental control password

Press the reset bottom for 4 seconds

Reset bottom does’nt work on this version, this is a known bug of 1.09.10. Any other way I can do that? telnet?

Roll back to a previous version that WILL reset.
