Device Offline

So I’ve just got power back on after a power cut and now all I got on the My Cloud Home is Device Offline… it tells me, device may be rebooting or not connected to the network, please reconnect (attached image) but have tried this many times, with 3 different ethernet cables, and still nothing… into is the same whether I try to connect from the app on my phone or my Windows 10 laptop… please help, 20,000+ photos and videos on it and no other back up, since they stopped supporting crowd share…

Device offline here also. Only it’s been a week. I had been using the drive from the other room that morning and about an hour later I went into the room where the drive is located and noticed it doing this super rapid flashing I’d never seen before so thought a restart should be in order, upon restart I got the steady white light and it’s been offline since. Working through support though currently there has been no successful resolution. I’ve been upped to a phone agent and only the gods know where this’ll lead. Good Luck!

Oh dear, does not sound good… I really hope you get it sorted and would really appreciate your feedback if you do resolve…

Only bought the device as Google Photos wanted to start charging for the online back up, wish I’d just paid the £7.99 a month now…
