Device offline

Hi, Please can you help.
I get device offline when I tried to access “Current Storage” from “setting” on the WD 3 TB My Cloud Personal Cloud Storage.
I have restarted my wifi and the device mant times but this hasn’t resolved the issue.

I can login to the device from web browser and can access all my files up to date so this is not an issue with logging in but this issue only occurred whenever I want to check storage to find out disk space used or left on my device.

@ondoboy Do you have a My Cloud Home or a WD My Cloud? You have posted in the My Cloud Home sub-forum.

For a My Cloud, do you have WD QuickView?

What type of computer and operating system are you using?

Sorry, I have My Cloud Home therefore I haven’t got a dashboard.
