Device Offline message

Hi, I recently bought a 6TB Mycloud and installed it following the set-up procedure, worked fine for three days, LED working. I now have the ‘Device Offline’ message and no light at all. I have:

Unplugged everything, together and individually, all leads are working, power lead powers another unit, router is working fine, power sockets are all working.

Any suggestions gratefully received as contacting WD help appears to be as easy as herding cats…

I got the same note this morning. They must have celebrated in the office last night so they didn’’t see that the system is down.
