Device not registered

Hey Guys,
there were few topics about the problem, but all without answer.
I’ve got my WSMyCloud and during first setup i’v got message “an error occured while creating your cloud”, and didnt registered my account. I go into dashboard via ip, but still cannot register account and change emails in my user acc ( device is not registered ). Any ideas ? Support didnt answer for case … ;/
