Device keep Disconnecting and freezing

Hi

I have a MyCloud EX4100 devise with 12 TB and it’s keep disconcerting and freezing and it will require physical restart as the control panel will not be accessible

The current firmware is 2.30.165 and it’s not showing any update notification

Any ideas
