i can access the device from local ip also i can from the mobile but when i am trying to access from wd2go.com its always say : Device is offline. Check your Internet connection, enable remote access, and then try again.

Check the manual on remote access: http://support.wd.com/product/install.asp?groupid=904&lang=en
Then go to dashboard and check cloud access. I t should say connected (either via relay or port forwarding). You want p[ort forwarding for best access.
i check this soultuion but also same, i can connect from my mobile but the problem that i want to connect from my pc and i am not on the same network! so here is ther problem …
