Device fails since OS5 upgrade

I have a MYCloud single bay device running fine for last couple of years.

I just got promoted to update it to OS5 so I did.

Now it doesn’t work…

If I power on the device it works for 5 minutes and then goes offline. I can login to it via a browser and see the menu, but it hangs before I get anywhere in the menu and goes offline. I can see the cpu is at 100% however.

I’ve used the reset button a few times but always end up with same problem.

Does anybody have any ideas what I can do,?

@David8 Please collect the system logs and contact support.

@David8 We have released the 5.15.106 on last Tuesday. and by today all the device in the filed should have get the 5.15.106 update.

Please go ahead and try to update it again, and it should update it to the 5.15.106.

If for any reason it get failed again, please go ahead and create a ticket using the below link, attach the logs and share the ticket number with me.
