Desktops see PR4100 laptop not so much

I can access my PR 4100 from my desktop computers through the WD Access menu - all the functions appear in that menu - but from my laptop, when I choose the WD Access menu, it only says “About WD Access.” Any ideas how to get access to the actual WD Access functions - Open, Settings, etc. from the laptop? Definitely connected to the network. The desktop machines are all connected by Cat 5 but the laptop is wireless - so how to establish a wireless connection to the PR
4100?

Try to re-install the WD Access in the laptop and check if the issue still persist.
