Desktop sync icon is not displayed

I can’t find the WD icon when right click on a folder.
when I Installed the App. it was o.k but now i cant sync any folder.

@sha123 What app and what type of folder? Are you looking at Documents, Movies, Music, PDF’s etc.?
Are you using a My Cloud Home?

I am using my cloud home and installed the desktop app.

At the beginning I was able to right click on a folder and add it to sync list. Now I am not able to see any WD icon on any folder, some have document PDF and doc, some have pictures.
