I have downloaded file from above lik, “PC Download” and when am trying to install it is failing without any error message. I tried 3-4 times. Restarted my system but still no luck.

I would suggest to reinstall desktop app of My Cloud Home device from below mentioned link after removing the desktop app from the computer completely.

I also have this problem, but i am sure why it can’t install is because the install Software can’t downloads install files in china.
Customer service personnel told me, i need VPN to install it.
If you also in china,maybe you have the same problem with me.
