Desktop app is not logging in

System:

  • Windows 10 Pro.

Browser:

  • I can login into my cloud and manage stored files.

Desktop App:

  • Sign in with invalid credentials: Get message that credentials are wrong.
  • Sign in with valid credentials: Signing in is never completed.

I do need the Desktop App due to major advantage of copying/pasting folders and not just file one by one.

I’m using WD Discovery on more computers in my house with no problem. The one I’m facing problems is a newly purchased Dell G5.

Your help would be most appreciated.
